Great gift and fun to build. Had a deffective gear after assembling but they took care of me with a replacement. Customer service was very nice and helpful!

This is a complicated build and one page of steps was omitted leaving us to use pictures on the box to try to assemble. Also they don’t tell you that the remote control has to be paired each time you use it as well as when it automatically powers off after a period of no use. You need to turn the truck off using the red switch on bottom and remote by using the small orange button on front between the two toggle controls. Turn the truck back on, turn the remote back on and when red light on remote stops blinking pairing should be complete and everything should work. To disconnect the battery for charging there is a small tab on the connector you press that releases the two. It’s easier to check where that is before you connect it to the truck connector that is on bottom of unit with a TINY TINY screw that is very easy to drop and lose. I contacted the company to get these instructions with prompt response but their English translation was not accurate so it took us a while to figure it out

Purchased back in September 2023 for grandson for Christmas gift, he didn't open it until January 2024. Product had already been opened and had partially been put together no instructions....30 day return policy had expired...emailed the manufacturer...THEY WERE AMAZING!!...RUBY was on top of it quick response ...sent her photos of what we received and she was quick to replace it and followed up via email until I received the new one... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... very pleased and thankful!

Nice truck for the price. Received a truck that had a defective gear once assembled. Contacted the company and they were great to deal with. Sent a whole new set as a replacement and had it within a week of first contact.

LEGO technic series does it better. In LEGO technic, the individual pieces are better crafted and it is easier to assemble. It makes the experience of building the product more enjoyable and not so painful on your fingertips as some of the plastic pieces have residual rough edges or the are not as good quality and it makes it more difficult to assemble your product. One The last pieces you will use to assemble the crane door together to the crane body is a cross pattern short bar. This was indicated in the manual. What I received instead of this piece was a squished hardened plastic mold that did not even work to hold the door to the body. LEGO technic is slightly more expensive but takes this into account when buying the Biranco related products. The illustration model booklet is better in LEGO technic. There is a lot of dull gray rushed pictures in Biranco. This is great for a detective novel but not so much when you want to build something easily and without taking too much time.

Surprised and delighted with this kit. Delighted with how well the parts fit together. Good, solid plastic. I expected the finished truck to be a bit wobbly, with so many, tiny parts, but, no, very solid. The truck even has a small alignment switch on the bottom in case the wheels don't track straight when you are finished. Amazing! Well worth the purchase, and my grandson, 6, and I had a great time putting it together.

My 8 1/2 year old usually blasts through Lego builds, this one was a bit tough for him and he needed some help building it. It took us a while which was kind of nice to draw out the project during the holidays so we broke it up a few pages a day. Nice build and he wants to spend his gift money on the other sets in the line.
