Love everything. The taste the texture. And I can't find this product cheaper anywhere else. Very versatile. Can use in salads soups etc.

Don't panic when you see the tiny flakes in the package! They increase in size considerably once you put them in water. You can pre-soak or just put them in boiling water.. either way they come out great and don't take very long to prepare. The taste and texture is good as well.

GOOD product! I use it for many dishes and quite often for soups. This was a good price for them so I stocked up! NOT overly salty.

I know I'm supposed to include this in my diet, I know, but... sometimes the size and 'enormity' of the pieces deter me BUT the size and taste of these, and the ease of their use in chicken or miso or any kind of soup, is amazing to me... I LIKE the cute little dried pieces that become a 'science project' right bf my eyes as within minutes, they're unfurling beautifully. Boil them in your broth for 2 minutes and you know your health is gonna get better. 👍

This has become a staple in our kitchen. We rarely serve miso soup without some of this delicious wakame.
