Doesn't secure itself while on the wrist

The chain looks really good the down fall that it comes a loose all the time the last time I wore it it came completely off and lost waste of money they need to change how it locks together

A bit misleading with the size/width

I was truly disappointed with the width of this item. It was advertised and sold as 14mm, but it was actually smaller when I received it - 12mm. Same with the necklace, the size was more like 12mm. With regards to the quality, the items are well-made and of satisfactory quality. Please refer to the picture I uploaded to see how it measures against other chains that are 14mm.
