Arrived intact and undamaged. Thanks, FedEx! Heavier than I thought it would be, which is a good thing. I was surprised to see that the surface is pretty high quality. "Polyvision CeramicSteel". With care, it will last a very long time. Just don't use any kind of abrasive material on it. Not even a paper towel. Use a clean microfiber cloth or an Expo eraser. Remember, household dust can be an abrasive. The wall anchors provided with the board are way too weeny to hold its weight. Save 'em for hanging pictures. Pick up four 3/16" toggle bolts. The tiny metal pen shelf that comes with is worthless. Toss it in your repurpose box. I mounted a proper shelf to the wall 3" off the floor, rested the weight of the board on that, then anchored it to the drywall. Like a rock. Plenty of room to sit stuff. I'm using the board for YouTube videos. Perfect size.

I ordered this board 9 years ago to put in a school room. I have ordered it once more to put in a Sunday School room and then again for another classroom! Beautiful. The quality matches the price for a porcelain and magnetic board. Most boards are much more expensive when adding the porcelain finish and magnetic features! Perfect erasability! Easy peasy to hang the board on the wall. It was delivered well but packaged lightly.

This one is hard to rate. The whiteboard was supposed to be delivered the day after I ordered it. But Amazon screwed up the delivery (again), and it had to be shipped back to their facility and then re-shipped to me. Factor in a little drama with an Amazon representative, and surprisingly I got the item - 3 days late. I was told it wasn't coming at all. Imagine my surprise when it arrived! When I saw it on my porch, I couldn't believe the box it was packed in. It was so flimsy, and something inside rattled - like something was broken. I didn't expect much, but much to my surprise, the item was exactly the way it was described when I purchased it - In Like New Condition. But, it didn't come with any hardware, which isn't really that big of a deal. But because the pieces that go over the mounting screws so you can't see the screws are not there, the screws are visible. But hey, I'm resilient if nothing else. In time, I will get over it. So, other than that, I am happy with the whiteboard. It is heavy and appears to be of good quality. But, in the future - in case anyone is listening - I do wish Amazon would stop shipping my items from their facility in North Carolina to their facility in California. Before they can be delivered to me, they then have to go back to the North Carolina facility to be shipped out again. Why? Because I don't live in California. I live exactly 30 minutes away from the North Carolina facility. I swear, I would get my stuff faster if I just walked there to pick it up.

This board is a high-quality, specialized board, meant for permanent installation. We're using it in our home office. Great materials for the board and magnetic sub-surface. While the board looks and works well, the outside frame is a hard plastic that (though it has had no problems thus far) seems as though it may weaken over time; and we replaced the mounting hardware with more substantial anchors. The provided anchors are perhaps rated to sustain the significant weight of the board, but are plainly and obviously not as substantial as need for the board to give me the peace of mind that it won't fall. Some comments here have given very negative reviews of the board due to damage likely brought on by shipping - the frame is bent or cracked, etc. I can only say that our board was in pristine condition and had no problems, and that the box it was delivered in WAS in fact significantly scuffed and bent, suggesting it had a bit of a rough trip and arrived unscathed. That said, a major complaint in other posts is that the shipping materials and packing are insufficient: I agree with this, and I am unsurprised to hear reports of damage, particularly with the unknown conditions of shipping. The board is delivered as a single unit with a small bag of hardware. The board's writing surface is protected with a blue film (Standard for white-boards), and there are firm plastic brackets on each corner. This is folded into a loosely secured medium-grade cardboard sleeve. This then is put into a medium-grade cardboard box and shipped. I agree that the protection seems largely insufficient with moderate to rough transportation. Remember, this board is HEAVY, so guage likelihood that the many hands that help to deliver it to you will treat it well.

The board arrived in 2 days, in perfect condition. It was easy to hang and we're very pleased with it. There is shadowing when just using the eraser, but when we use white board cleaner, it gets rid of the shadows. This is a good product at a great price.

The item arrived well-packaged and there were no issues setting it up using the included mounting parts and information. I especially like the fact that I can also use magnets to attach items to the surface. I would buy this product from this vendor again--it was the best deal I found for a porcelain board this size.
