Ordered many of these Solar motion lights through the years and you can't go wrong with the quality and price! Maybe because I live in Hawaii where there is a lot of sun it last years on end. I just replace two of them after seven years, yes , seven years , incredible, but most of them will give me at least three to four years of service. These solar lights are very simple to use and install, and the quality is outstanding! One last thing is that I don't live by the ocean so the salt air has no negative effect on these solar lights.

Great. Well made. They work wonderfully. One of them highlights a flag and does quite well at that job. The other highlights the backyard for the dogs when they go out at night. The light comes on because of the motion sensor. Would re-purchase them

I have Bell & Howell motion detection lights which have worked well for 5+ years now. I bought these for the front of my house as they are white and blend in better except, of course, the solar panels are black. I don't have to be head-on with these lights; they activate when I come in on the side of them. I don't use the low light to high but I tried it just to see. It wouldn't have been bright enough if I needed it to light up an area all night but it is very bright when in comes on having detected motion. I like the metal housing. The 4 star is because it appeared in the picture that, like my Bell & Howell, it had the blinking dot red light when motion is detected; the light may or may not come on then unless the person gets closer. I like that feature that these lights don't have; the blinking red dot seems to me to be a little more intimidating to an intruder. I do like the fact that you can apparently replace the batteries on these lights. I'm good so far with these lights in the front of my house.

Until today, I had these lights installed on the side of our home, in our driveway, since the summer of 2020 when they were purchased as a set. The lights functioned 100% for that entire time, with no issues whatsoever. The reason I replaced the lights is that they simply have gotten a little weathered and aged looking. The technology has also improved a little over the years, providing brighter choices for the same, or a little less money. I plan on moving these older, used lights, to the side of our garage and continue to use them until they eventually fail. In my eyes, these lights owe me absolutely nothing and have paid for themselves and performed admirably. At the time, the purchase price was $59.95 for a set of two. So the current price does reflect a reduction in price, as would be expected as the technology has advanced. I do think at $44.95 the price is still at a bit of a premium. With a price of $39.95, in my mind, probably being closer to true fair value, as compared to other options. But again, they have performed flawlessly for three years out in the elements and will continue to do so. And that right there makes them a five star item; in my personal opinion.

Excellent. Very sturdy. Easy install

Bought a pair of these after a previous product failed in the first year. These were purchased on Jan. 9, 2025, and one of them no longer works, despite being in full sun each day. Product does not perform as expected, which for the price should have worked several years, at least.

pros: Bright light. Easy to install. Rugged construction. Unfortunately, only three stars in spite of pretty significant positive attributes cons: 1:The motion sensor is not sensitive enough. They advertise a 50 foot radius of light, you only get 25 ft of motion detection. Motion detection seems to be less than 25 ft in actual use. We use two lights to light the path to a detached garage. with both lights full brightness, it will light the entire distance. However, the motion sensor is too weak to pick up motion in time to go full brightness so you walk about a 1/3 to 1/2 of the distance in the dark, waiting for the next light to activate. 2:Not big enough solar panel/battery. Now that we are at the shortest days of the year, I have found that a couple of overcast days in a row and the light runs out of battery before morning. The shortest days of the year are the most likely days to need the extra light in the morning. I don't know if it needs a slightly bigger solar panel to capture more light when cloudy, or a slightly bigger battery to carry through until the next sunny day. If the motion sensor would work at longer distance, I could relocate the lights to experiment with trying to get more direct sunlight although they get direct sun the majority of the day now.

A quality Outdoor light made of cast Aluminum. The features of the light work well and the brightness is something you do not want to look at directly. I purchased this light to scare off an Owl that has taken up perching on the corner of my RV garage and dropping crap down the wall. I have set the light on the roof of the garage in the mode that keeps the light off until it senses motion then gives a 20 second burst of bright light at it’s favorite spot. My problem solved.
