Really needed a dress for a formal occasion on short notice while nursing. Read the reviews and took a chance with this dress, was completely floored! It was amazingly gorgeous - the cut is so complementary, flowy, and soft. The color was a rich blue and I wore it with a nice jacket so the less formal back stitching was covered. The great style even hid my 2 month postpartum figure! I'm 5'5" roughly 170 pounds; I needed 3" heels so I wouldn't be stepping on the bottom of the dress because it's cut super long. If I get to wear it again, I'll probably try to hem it. I went with the XL to make sure the top would be stretchy enough to nurse. It worked fine. Also means the waist of the dress was comfortable, not snug, and still looked wonderful. Would buy again and highly recommend to anyone who needs a formal dress they can nurse in (though you wouldn't have known it by looking at it). Amazing at the price point. If I have a wedding to go to soon, I'll definitely try to wear this again. :)

I bought this to wear as a wedding guest and it was perfect. This dress is gorgeous and comfortable in so many ways. The fabric is so soft and flowy. You will feel like a glamorous princess. This would be an amazing bridesmaids dress that the bridesmaids would thank you for and they could wear again. The front, which crosses over does not show a lot of cleavage, surprisingly. I am super busty and I never even had to adjust it to cover. It just stayed put. It also didn't do that weird thing where one side of a cross over top always slips under a boob, and the other part covers the boob. It sat the way it was supposed to - mid boob-, and didn't shift around. ONE NOTE- the waist part is NOT as elasticized as I though it was, and when I tried it on, was tight. I had to exchange for a bigger size that wasn't "my" size. So if you do buy it, the waistline is pretty well set. If you are like me, and kind of "apple-y" shaped, there's only a little bit of stretch and you should go up a size. It is definitely a bit too long. The third picture down, where they show it kind of pooling on the floor- that's for real. I wore it without hemming it, and could have gotten away with not hemming it if I wore platform shoes or something (I'm 5'6"). But I made the mistake of wearing it with little kitten heels that I was terrified would catch on the bottom and trip me. I switched to flats for dancing at the reception, and it was a lot better, but still dragged a bit. I wore it the whole night holding it up just a little, which was a pain. I'm going to hem it and wear to every wedding I have to go to from now on though because it looked so good and was so comfortable and flattering.

Great dress, very flattering and true to size! NO NEED TO SIZE UP. Was perfect for our Halloween costume this year. Only two downsides… sleeves are a little tight if you have bigger arms and it’s very long. I’m 5’3” and even with wedges on it drug the ground. I just held it a little when walking because it was to a Halloween party so wasn’t a huge deal. But if you’re going to wear it for a special event you’d likely have to have it hemmed. For size reference (bc I hate when people don’t include it on reviews) I got a 2x, im 5’3” and 225.

I loooooved how comfortable this dress was, and the color was absolutely PERFECT!! I will tell you that the turquoise (which is the color I most recently bought) was quite a bit lighter than the pictures, which appear teal. I will try to remember to get some photos of the dress on myself in the sunlight and in indoor lighting so you can kind of see how the dress looks in different lighting situations. Like I said - expect it to be a true 'turquoise' rather than a darker teal, if you order it in turquoise. I also own this same exact dress in plum (which I wore to my little brother's fall wedding and got TONS of compliments on) and also in white, which I will be wearing for my engagement pictures. I haven't been paid to buy these dresses and write the reviews - I just truly love them that much!! And I keep finding a need for other colors, but I ain't mad at it ;) For reference, I am 5' 7", approximately 250 pounds, pear-shaped (so most of my fat is in my gut/hips/thighs area). The dress skims perfectly over the parts that I want to look smoother, but is sooo comfortable. The material is a little heavy (on the thicker side) which I personally enjoy but some may not. It's not really a 'light, summer dress', though the turquoise one I purchased, I wore outdoors in Texas and I wasn't absolutely dying. But it's still a little on the thicker side, so just something to note. And although the shape of the neckline is criss-cross, it's still a modest dress so can be worn for more serious functions like weddings, funerals, etc. Overall - very elegant, VERY comfortable, and quite slimming. I'm more than likely going to be buying in more colors. I want to also try other dresses from this brand, but haven't yet because I just love this one so much!! Hope this helps!

I don't have anything really negative to say about the dress itself is very comfortable and looked good on me. The sizing was true as well. I do still recommend this dress. However, I am 5ft 3in and it was very long on me even with heels, though they were only about 3 inches. It still way to long. Also I ordered Teal Green, I was sent Turquoise. It is still a beautiful dress but the wrong color was sent. I still wore it because it was my preferred color not one assigned to the event (such as bridesmaid theme party etc.). I suggest though if you need a specific color for an event that you purchase this way ahead of time so if this happens to you, you have time to return it and get the right color. This is the reason I am giving it a 3 star.

I have this dress in two colors and am considering a third. It is very comfortable, the material is much better than I expected for the price, and it is well made. I get so many compliments when I'm wearing either color.
