great item a good bit over priced I should never let my wife look for item's on amazon I don't think she fully understands there are so many other seller's and we could have gotten something compreable for less money but the shipping was the straw that broke the camel's back shipping was more than the item itself the item weighed 8 oz's and the box I got weighed 8.7 lb's you figure that one out item ok quality wise I think but price and shipping tactic are all just way's of stretching revenue ill not buy from them again

Perfect Stand
My dad recently went with his girlfriend to the wine region in California, where they got a couple sample wine glasses, and sample bottle of wine, and a regional coffee stand type book. He didn't have any more room in his display case, so he set up the small display on a bureau, with the book leaning against the wall. I bought him this specifically for that book, hoping it wasn't too big or too ornate, and it is perfect!!! I can't wait for him to open it for Christmas. It's sturdy, yet stylish, and is a great display for small treasures.

Beautiful display stand
This 9-inch stand is a beautiful way to display pictures, books, or plates. I'm currently using it to display a framed picture. It's on the smaller side and is fairly lightweight so it's meant for smaller and lighter items. I wouldn't use it to display anything too large. For example, a very thick book probably wouldn't fit in this, or it might topple over. Overall though it's pretty sturdy when holding lightweight items. The decorative scrolls at the ends also look very elegant.

Stand
I have an assortment of collectable, autographed books. I have been looking for an iron stand that will allow me to display some of my books. This is a nice stand but the brackets that hold the book are not long enough to encompass the bottom of thicker books. The books that I am attempting to display are in their own cases or leather bound. I shadow box the ones that have certificates and are not in-cased or bound. Recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Nothing a Hammer and Some Paint Couldn't Fix
Perhaps it's just the nature of wrought iron items to be a tad uneven. Maybe it's, you know, part of their rustic charm. I guess it's also possible that I just happened to get the one cockeyed display stand that somehow slipped past quality control unnoticed. Whatever. The point is art is best viewed on a stand that holds the piece level. In order to achieve this, some bending was going to be needed and the thing about wrought iron is it really doesn't like to be bent.Long story short, a few whacks with the right hammer and some touch-up paint and my art now stands level. (Probably would have been easier just to return it, but I didn't have that kind of time.)

Wife loved these.
I bought two of these for my wife to display photobooks she created. She loved them and the work great. The only issue we ran in to is these don't support books that are very wide. The photobooks are about 24" while open and these couldn't quite support them. We ended up leaving the books closed which works well. Other than that, they are high quality and look great.

Very nice product
I bought 4 of these stands to display 8 inch square Morocco plates. They are a perfect fit. The stands are thick enough without being too heavy and the square plates sit perfectly on them. I also tried it for a cookbook and the stand worked fine, although that is not what I will be using them for. Highly recommend the stands, especially for the good price.

Grandkids' picture calendar
I received from my two grandchildren, ages 14 and 11, for Christmas, a picture-of-the month calendar--a different picture of them on each month--a unique idea for grandparents. The calendar had a flap on the bottom that is supposed to bend back and hold the calendar up. Well, the calendar would only fall down. I ordered this 9" iron display easel, and I could not be happier! It fits the calendar perfectly--just the right height and width--and it just sets the picture off. I LOVE it! Recommend highly!!!
