First time trying this stuff and boy was it a success. I merged and modified three recipes for a stir fry chicken with a green sauce. For the chicken I used the yellow peppers and I used the mint paste in the green sauce. These pastes really adds some unique and lovely flavors to your dish.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Ordered the 3 pack and was well wrapped with bubble wrap via prime nest day. Came in perfect condition and all 3 bottles have a shelf life of 3 or so years of me writing this.

A must have for South American recipes! This is the authentic additives to the sauces and recipes from Peru and Colombia that you need. I bought it often and can now find them locally. The aji amarillo is delicous to make a cheese sauce!

DO NOT BUY!!! One of three arrived open and leaking. No return option. Based on the damage to the jar lid, how much spillage there was, and how immaculately clean the bubble wrap was it arrived in, I suspect it was packaged after it had been damaged and intentionally shipped this way. The bit of fresh sauce in the picture came out when I pressed down on the jar lid.

I was a bit hesitant to buy, but all three jars came in great condition. They were wrapped very well. The lids were secure and popped when opened.
