A bad refurbishment but a good computer
The computer is mainly great once I got it working, but I had some major problems with an old password messing up a factory reset, as well as a wifi card that cannot pick up a signal unless it is literally 3 feet from my router and the bluetooth that does not work. After hours on the phone with HP I was able to resolve the password issue but I'm going to have to buy new wifi card. Once I got past these issues, which shouldn't have happened in the first place, it's a good computer. It's not worth the hassle to return it and find another computer so I made it work.
