Perfect for Lipo Recovery
I gratefully came across this product on YT (thank you again Kathleen Lisson) regarding addressing lumps n bumps post lipo. I ordered one before I went under for 360. My good doc also put one in my goodie bag after surgery anyway. Lucky me! I now have two. One is oval, but the one here on Amazon is kidney-shaped. These things are helping my lipoed abs heal impeccably. This vessel birthed three children, and my doc just did aggressive lipo on my mommy pouch/ fupa. I didn't/ still don't want a tummy tuck. Bottom line, I knew I had to baby my recovery to ensure a flat evenly tight tummy. I noticed the areas that looked lumpy within a few days of lipo surgery because I ALWAYS touch and connect with my skin daily (I probably should've been a massage therapist. I was told I missed my calling). Anyway, when my body needed a small centralized compression, I'd simply place these little foam pieces (rounded side facing my body) over the lumpy bumpy areas in addition to all the other "routine lipo recovery" steps). Here's the order for me on top of my newly lipo'ed skin: (1) seamless compression tank top; if necessary (2) my one or TWO mini foam pieces (one always over my covered bellybutton early stage for keeping my belly normal looking); (3) my much larger approximately 8x10 white compression foams; (4) add my ab and back boards; (5) lay on my back (to ensure my abs are perfectly flat and taunt for proper skin reattachment); and finally (6) hook faja closed. This was a lot for me initially, but again, I already knew I'd need extra love and attention on my abs (having all of these big headed kids) 🤣. Anyway, know your body while it's healing please. Gently rub it daily and be attentive to any spots not healing smoothly because you have a very short timeframe before your lipoed skin reattaches again permanently. Your masseuse does not know your body as well as you, so regardless of how great your massages are going, your hands are the best tools for healing your body. So, I never skip giving myself personal massages because I can feel when something's just not right immediately. The skin is VERY moldable during the early healing stage. Happy healing beautiful dolls! You got this.

Works well
These work, but the price point seems to be a bit too high I think. Otherwise, they work well.
