I had no idea the quality of salt could be so good. The flavor that this salt brings to whatever I use it on is amazing. Unlike regular salt or iodized salt this salt increases the flavor of the food. It’s not overpowering like regular salt can be if you use too much.

One of the best spices I've used for most anything. Has just the right amount of kick.

I liked the flavor and combination of spices, but they do tend to dry out and burn when used on the grill as some other reviewers have said. I tried it on some shrimp on the bar b q that i sprayed with olive oil after applying the spices to hold the spice on. I will try it on baked salmon , which i think it will be good on. As another reviewer has said , the shaker holes are too large and need to be reduced. I will be swapping shaker heads with something else. There is a little heat from red pepper but not really excessive.

Very good for salting Sauerkraut before pounding into jar. Much better than large grain salt.
