Defective Battery, Would not charge.
I purchased one of the BL2013 Batteries recently, 20v 2.8Ah with the green sticker. Once it arrived I checked to see if it had a charge, it was totally discharged. So I placed it on the 20v charger for several hours to see if it would take a charge, it did not. The charger kept showing a steady red light. To make sure it wasn't the charger, I used another battery and placed it on the charger, it charged properly. Right away I knew the battery was defective. So I returned the battery. I used Amazon's free drop off for the return but its going to take over 30 days to get the refund. I'd like to buy another battery so that I can use my tools but this is far to excessive to wait for a refund. Amazon, please fix this long wait for refunds. Minimum time should be 3 business days.......
