Don't change colour but just fine for purpose
I've never seen these guards change colour once. I've stuck them in the freezer and in front of a heater just to make sure, they've stayed a consistent turquoise.Despite this, they're perfectly functional as blade guards and my preferred brand so I'm very happy!
