Lucas Oil 10216 Air Tool Lubricant/12X1/P White 16 Ounce

Leaves less of a mess, and really keeps your air tools in shape for years. I've been using this product for years, and have little to no air tool issues since I started using it. Now it's even more convenient being able to save money and get it off amazon. Local shop quit selling it, so checked amazon and paying half the price now.

Excellent product - I can't make a judgement as this is used on air tools periodically to maintain their operation at top level. I have used other products like Marvel Mystery oil that is also very good. However after 48 years in the repair business I know a need for a good quality air tool oil. I see this as one of the best a person can buy. I know a penetrant like WD- 40 does not align with a lube for air tools - it will loosen up a stuck component but after that a good oil is required like Lucas. Although I have heard that the reason the British have warm beer to drink is because they use Lucas refrigerators that never quite work properly. Ha ! just joking.

I really like the fact that all I have to do is drill a small hole through the tip and it allows me to use the bottle rather than transferring the oil into a needle bottle in order to get a few drops into my tools when needed. I know it's designed to be cut off but that leaves a bit of a large opening to get just a few drops so I use a small drill (3/32") to get the opening size that is easier to control.

What can you say about oil? It does its job.
