Terrible bakers. They need to learn patience
Terrible bakers. They need to learn patience. Bread was flat and brittle. Had a harried and anxious vibe to it. Slow down.....slow down...relax. Let it achieve it's fullest potential. Other than that? Shmura matzo is shmura matzo. Great stuff. The rest is just commentary.

Burnt and stale - Stay away! You can't return
I had this wonderful item for Passover at a friends house and wanted to get some more. The local grocery store where they had purchased it (fresh) was out of it so I placed an order on Amazon. I bought 3 boxes. They arrived opened on the bottom and the cardboard was ripped (yes on all 3). Inside the product was in the plastic but the charcoal flakes from it being burnt were in the creases of the plastic bag. I thought it might have been just 1 box but instead it was all 3. Even though each box said they were good until August 2022 these were burnt and when you broke them to eat them they didn't snap in half like freshly made ones. Instead they were so stale. The producers of this product need to seal it in an air tight bag not just a flimsy plastic one and when I went to return it through Amazon, Amazon won't allow it as they're not returnable. $75 thrown out. READ THE RETURN POLICY ON EVERY PRODUCT!

Our favourite matzos
This is our second or maybe third year buying these. They are nice and thin and crispy and surprisingly tasty. Yes, some of them break, but you have to break them to eat them anyway; there are always a couple that you can put out as whole loaves. And yes, they are browned -- that's what makes them crispy and tasty. Sometimes I even put them in the toaster so the butter will melt on them.. We live in an area where Shmura matzos are impossible to obtain so mail-order is the only choice. And I'm sure we'll be ordering them again next year. BTW, we had a couple loaves left over from last year and discovered them a few weeks ago. And they're still crispy and tasty. So if you want to have them year 'round, just keep them in their packaging in a cool dry spot. They're available for only a few weeks before Pesach every year, so stock up now while they're available!

Not worth the money
85% of it was burnt/blackened. A little char is understandable when it comes to this type of matzoh. This was non edible and on top of it the 15% that wasn’t blackened was stale. Completely stale. A lot. A lot of broken pieces also. Was unable to get not even one full unbroken piece.
