My friend advised me to buy this item and finely I did it. I wish I knew it couple years ago. It is so helpful especially for glass shower doors, no chemicals anymore, finally. I hate smell all different bath sprayers and with using this steam cleaner cleaning glass shower doors is a pleasure, only wipe with dry microfiber cloth and that's it. I use yellow microfiber from Costco, they are really best for me, don't remember if the are considered for car cleaning but I use them for house cleaning basically. Be aware you'll need at least couple of them for cleaning. My another tip I discovered for myself that I can use this microfiber for floor cleaning because the mop included makes floor quite wet. I use this steamer for all mirrors and windows, works great. All my life I hated cleaning all windows and with this machine I already washed all windows in my house and I find this process very fast.

YES - I bought the right item. So glad I did not opt to go with one of the cheaper hand-held steamers. This is awesome - quite versatile. Karcher things of everything - except they did not include any channel or whatever to store the electric cord in . . . German engineering, and German workmanship - Made in Germany and not contracted out to Asia. High quality materials. I have used this to steam clean small items, tile floors and large windows. No issue if it runs out of water - it just stops steaming. No need to shut it off unless you're going to be gone for more than 20 minutes. Refill water without stopping what you are doing - no turning it off, etc. Just pour more water in. I bought a Karcher power sprayer 20 years ago - still going strong. I am sooooo glad I spent the extra money to buy the best steamer on the market. For me, well worth the extra dollars. (A major manufacturer has recalled thousands of those hand-held steamers - but the knock-offs are still out there - beware.) BTW: I bleed red, white and blue - wish there was a US product that could compete with Karcher - but not at this time.

I love this cleaner! I used to have a similar one 20 years ago and had not been able to find another to replace it that was good enough. I've tried those stick models and gave them away after a few uses. This is the best one yet! One tank of water heats up quickly and I am able to clean my whole downstairs. I use the attachment to clean the floors and love how clean they feel after—no filmy residue from liquid cleaners. I also use the attachments to clean the grout in the shower and the glass doors. I even used the floor attachment to clean the ceiling in the kids' shower (how soap got up there???). It is light enough to carry around the house and small enough to tuck away in the laundry room. I am so impressed by this machine I am buying on for my daughter to take to her apartment—no need to spend tons of money on chemical cleaners. This is a great purchase!

This is a highly-rated steam cleaner for good reason. Easy set-up out of the box. Built-in water filter a plus. Easy to use and very effective. I also bought optional attachments which I recommend. The only negatives are that it is messy when you start using it after a fill-up. I now put a large towel under it to soak up water. Also, the water tank isn’t very large and needs refills for more than small jobs. On the other hand, that makes it lightweight and easy to carry and stow.

Steam cleaner worked very well on shower tile and grout. Easy to use. Used it once so far and quite happy with results. Definitely worth the cost.

I purchased this product in November 2024, and I have been using it every week since then. I bought this because it says that it heats the water in 40 seconds, but it does not. You need to wait 5 minutes to get the steam. A week ago I noticed that after an hour of use it stops heating the water and I can not finish my cleaning. I have to unplug it, wait for half an hour and then continue working. The plastic on the attachments is so cheap that just from normal use I ended up with a broken two-stage steam regulation button. Sometimes the water light will light red, although it has water. Too noise. I have had a much cheaper steamers that worked better than this.

I should have got this item sooner as it makes tight crevices an ease to clean. Things that you would have to use a toothpick to clean, you're easily able to do via the steamer and also clears the bacteria at the same time. I've used it to clean tight oven spaces, refrigerators, floors and gunk and really any surface. It gets extremely got and though I've only used it for a short period of time, it seems like it will stand the test of time. The water seems like it lasts a long time before having to refill. A lot of different attachments are included!
