Great product. Bought for postpartum reasons. Felt very weak after my first child so made sure I purchased something for my second delivery. Very happy I did as I wore the product second day after labour. It's very comfortable and provides amazing support. I am able to strengthen & heal my core muscles as it provides me with great stability. I have also noticed that my stomach is completly flat 3 days postpartum. I believe this is due to the band helping my uterus to contract faster. I consulted my doctor regarding the product before using & got the all clear. I bought in a size M as I'm a UK size 10 and it fits perfectly. M would also fit a UK size 12.

It’s good and helped with back support but was a bit uncomfortable after a while. Good quality material and holds up well.

I bought this after a doctor recommended an after pregnancy belt. I have an umbilical hernia and secere diastasis recti. I am 12 post partum and awaiting surgery for the hernia. I can't do any exercise to resolve the muscle separation until that is done and in the meantime, my stomach was so tender and uncomfortable. I've been wearing the belt for less than a week and it has already helped improve the muscle separation. I had no expectation of this helping as it's been uncomfortable for so long but this really has helped. I've just ordered a second one so I don't have to wait for it to dry after washing. It looks big and uncomfortable but it is actually very comfortable to wear. I measured myself and my stomach at its largest point was 101cm and the medium only goes up to 101cm. I took a chance and ordered that anyway and when I put it on I had no room at all and was worries I got the wrong size. My stomach has reduced in size after wearing it and I now have extra room so it worked out ok. Definitely recommend this product.

Helps a lot with my wound and movement after c-section. Worn it few days after my operation. 2 months later still wearing it. It gives me back support and the confidence to do minimal lifting (grocery shopping, housework, etc).

Unfortunatelly it didn'twork as well as I hadhoped. I feel like it doesn't hold me in very much and the velcro straps tend to come loose after a short while. I double checked the size before ordering, so I'm sure I got the correct fit, but still it doesn't feel as supportive as I expected. I wish it offered more support and stayed in place better. Honestly, I feel like I just threw my money away on this product.

They don't have various sizes. Ordered L and got XL needed to change because of size issue. But the rest looks great.
