I picked up this Amazon Basic Care Electrolyte Powder variety pack as a budget-friendly alternative to the bigger name brands, and I’m honestly impressed. The flavors—Apple, Fruit Punch, Grape, and Strawberry—are all solid, with Apple and Strawberry being my personal favorites. They’re sweet but not overly sugary, and they mix easily without leaving gritty residue at the bottom. In terms of hydration, these work exactly as advertised. They’re great for long days, workouts, or anytime you feel a little run-down or dehydrated. I also appreciate that the packets are small and easy to toss into a bag or keep in the car. For the price, the value is hard to beat. You get four different flavors to try, and the performance is right on par with more expensive electrolyte mixes. If you want something affordable, convenient, and effective, this is a great pick.

Fantastic for what it is, and the price. Doesn't taste as weird and chemical as gatorade. It's not great, but it's overall very mild, which is kind of nice given how strong most electrolytes tatste. Every other electrolyte mix is half the strength of liquid IV, so if you actually need the electrolytes, I cannot reccomend this, but otherwise it's one of the nicer options.

They work and they taste pretty okay, but honestly for the price, shop elsewhere. When looking at the ingredients that I had trouble seeing before order, they leave a lot to be desired. They do what they say, but you can get a very cheap, I'm talking ten packets for less than two dollars cheap, version from Walmart that contains everything these do and also contains Vitamin C and Zinc. Not to mention, at this price point, you can just buy a powerade that has everything you need and more. I would rate them higher if there was more in each box. Five for that price is a little bit much. They work and they are good quality, I give Amazon that, but they need to be a higher quantity when you consider what they are giving you verses other options out there.

I thought it was sugar-free and it wasn't. It only had one ingredient that I needed the rest for bad for me. Or someone that can have sugar and likes Kool-Aid type things it would be fine for it did taste good.

Is delicious great for hydration great on pain relief and very effective. Texture smooth there's no chalk taste or chunks later.

These are very tasty and work very well! They are different from other brands in that they don’t have all the things but a good buy.
