Incubator Warehouse Egg-O-Meter - Large Digital Display Egg Thermometer with Min/Max Memory - Reads Celsius and Fahrenheit +/-1

I bought this months ago & finally getting to use it. I was excited to buy this & use it for incubating chicken eggs because I know incubator thermometers aren’t always accurate. It’s working great so far & seems to level up with the temp that the incubator is reading at. My only complaint is that I wish the screen had a backlight so I could read the temp better. I have to get up close to the clear lid of incubator & sometimes shine a flashlight onto the temp screen. EDIT: this thermometer is supposed to have an alarm that sounds when the temp goes over your set temperature or below, but I never did hear it except once. It isn’t very loud. So the alarm setting is a little pointless.

works great I was a bit surprised to find it to be only on degree off. With all thermometers you should always check accuracy. Best way I found for incubators is to use a glass thermometer that you use to check your own or your kids temperature

this works great its just not what i was expecting because its not the incubator temp its what the egg temp is that is what throws you off when you get your moisture up it puts the egg temp down

These guys had my egg o meter at my door faster than I could have ever expected. Never had better. I have it in my incubator now and so far I am very pleased with my purchase. I am waiting on a hatch now to see how we do. Very stable temperature readings and it is right on with one of my calibrated thermometers. Looking forward to the hatch date

Temp is stating 97.3°, 2 reptile thermometers are stating 100.0° and the incubator gauge states 102.5° I *think* that by using all 4 we should be OK, and will see what the long term outcome is. I'm adding a glass thermometer to determine accuracy. The incubator gauge is useless so I've been experimenting with several thermometers and hygrometers but so far this egg o meter seems a bit off.

Love the Egg-o -meter.. I have used it for two hatches so far and the accuracy has been 100%. I put it in the middle of my trays and the temperature has stayed consistent. Would highly recommend..

I liked it until I got it out for the incubator this hatch and the display only read half so if it was 100.5 it reads as 107.5 because parts of the display aren't working
