it's easy to program and use. the weight reading is much more consistent than my last scale (if you weigh yourself a few times in a row you get the exact same results), and the body fat and water readings are consistent too.

I just got this item and although it looks pretty cool, it did not work. I followed all the instructions and all I ever got was 0.0 lbs (not even close! hahahaha). Anyway, looks like the customer support number is in Denmark or something, so I will be returning tomorrow.

Same problem as stated earlier; using English units, I could only select heights of 3'3" to 3'4" and, since I'm 5'7", my 170 pounds would make a 3'4" person morbidly obese. Doing things in metric was more consistent, but I still found rather wild swings in fat and water measurements at times (60% water one day, 30% the next). Don't waste your money unless you use metric and even then, beware. But of course, even a metric-lover would have to admit that kilograms measure mass, not weight, so kilograms are technically not the unit I'm looking for.

This scale accurately and consistently measures weight, but the body fat & body water analysis is so inconsistent I don't even know what values are correct. From consecutive readings taken at one minute intervals, readings have varied by up to 10%. That makes it an expensive weight scale.

most of the buttons to set/reset didn't work. and these buttons are not aligned correctly inside the hole. need better QC. returned it next day.

You cannot set your height in the English setting. When setting your height the scale defaults back to 3'3". (read the reviews of the pacific). Without the correct height setting, the system cannot work correctly, which make it worthless for anything other the weight.
