I should give it 4 stars because it’s so freakin small, but I have huge hands, so it may work better for the average person. It is quite effective, though I have difficulty holding it.

This is a product reviewed by Runner's World magazine and it is great for sore muscles after workouts or sitting too long. Good value for what it provides. I like the foam roll balls too, this is good addition.

Works great - Its smaller than I thought it would be

This little massager is great for working out knots in your back and shoulders. My partner had always wanted more pressure than my thumb could consistently endure. This tool is well weighted. You can rub and roll out sore muscles with much less effort. And it looks kind of cool, which I didn’t really expect when first looking for such a tool.

I was disappointed that this roller was so heavy and small. I am 5'4inches and found that the handle was too short to comfortably hold. Not very ergonomic. I found it to be more painful to use than it was relieving.

I was not sure about this at first but I put it into the freezer and tried it out after a run, it really feels amazing on the muscle and helps to remove soreness. I highly recomend this product to anyone with joint for muscle pain, it is so easy to hold and very light for travel.
