Can Alexa command this to open individual blinds to various levels of opening or does it open all blinds only?

Hi I’m not sure as I haven’t paired it with Alexa, my first guess would be either fully up, fully down or memory setting but I’m going to try and set it up with Alexa later and will let you know

Will this work work with somfy telis 4 rts pure remote control for vertical blinds?

Hi yes it works with pretty much every remote control for blinds. I have the Somfy 4RTS remote on 3 of my blinds and they pair up to the hub just the same as the others. I use it for both my wooden horizontal slatted blinds and my roller blind too. My wooden blinds can only be tilted and not raised or lowered but you can set them all up to the hub and customise when you want your blinds to open and close. The design of the app isn’t too great and could do with being a bit more user friendly but it still works ok and you can operate your horizontal slatted blinds or roller blinds from your phone. As I said I’m not a great fan of the design of the app but I love having all my blinds programmed to open or close at what time I choose, or even let the hub open and close them according to the current daylight or sunset times so you never have to keep altering the programming time. It’s definitely worth getting

User friendly

Got it today . Very Easy to set up . If any problemS in setting up ,see utube videos ,on setting it up . The timer works well with my blinds and hue lights . Buying it separately have cut the cost of installation of smart blinds to half. . Quite pleased. Just have to make it work with Alexa now

Not Apple friendly

Somfy is a bit of a disappointment for an Apple fan. No Siri or Home integration. The wave shape assumes you want to place it rather than hide it but not sure why you'd have it on display.

This was not new but used.

This purchase did not work. Although it said that it was new on the box when I plugged it in to activate it there was an error message to say that it had already been activated and as a result the setup did not work. I think that this must have been a used product which had already been used and activated to someone else’s account.

Work as expected

Installation was easy and smooth, pairing with all my blinds in just few minutes. The only issue I encountered is I'm not able to make somfy open api to work, on the other hand ifttt and google home integrations are working well.

So small but great functionality.

Brilliant functions from something so small. Works superbly after setup without any further interference. The free app is a great interface and all our RTS items just link up seamlessly. Great product.

Don't expect ANY customer support

Bought "as new" and tried to activate the product, but it has already been registered. Sent emails and phoned customer support to help and over a week later still nothing has been done. Hardly what you expect from a premium product. Avoid

Arrivato puntualmente. Istruzioni da migliorare. Non semplice da installare se non si è pratici di informatica. Funziona bene ed aiuta nella gestione della casa (tapparelle)

Preis und Produkt tiptop. Lieferkosten 23 EUR wäre OK, wenn bei Amazon angegeben in die Schweiz wäre OK. Nicht aber wenn dann noch CHF 36.75 Verzollungsgebühren dazu kommen!!!

Die Inbetriebnahme und die Registrierung sind etwas sperrig, aber wenn es erstmal läuft, dann ist es einfach klasse. Wir haben den Connexoon als Ersatz für eine defekte Telis Chronos angeschafft und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Konfiguration von Zeitplänen ist viel angenehmer als bei den klassischen RTS-Sendern. Einziger Nachteil: man kann aus dem Standardpaket heraus nur genau ein Smartphone die Connexoon verbinden. In einer Familie ist das irgendwie doof… Ich würde ja weitere Nutzer auch kostenpflichtig lizensieren, aber die Webangebote von Somfy geben das nicht her. Und der Support reagiert nicht auf e-Mails :-(
