This 100% worked for me. After 7 years of non-celiac gluten intolerance (GI issues when consumed) I thought there HAD to be something out there for gluten sensitivity. I tried it over the weekend (to be close to the bathroom at all times). I took 2 pills about 5 min before I ate. and had some soup with gluten and had zero side effects after 4 hours of monitoring. The following day I took 2 before having a slice of pizza. Zero issues. Today, I had my first good sub in 7 years!!!!!! This was now 7 hours ago and I have had zero gluten symptoms. Unbelievable. It works, but I don't overdo on the gluten. I am so scared to try eating items with gluten, but I gave it a shot. One piece of pizza and two capsules, I was okay. Then I tried again, eating a thin slice of pumpkin bread and taking one capsule. I was fine. So happy. I'm not going to make it a habit, as I've been unable to eat gluten for 16 years. But I'm keeping this around for rescue when I accidentally eat gluten. I highly recommend this product.

LIFE SAVER supplement!! I used to get extremely bloated, in pain, and occasionally nauseous after gluten-heavy meals. I can. not. live without these pills. I’ve taken 5-6+ in day before every meal or snack and had no repercussions, whether my food has gluten or not. It’s such peace of mind knowing I can eat without restrictions! The pills are an average capsule size. Easy to digest, and work perfectly. You must take them before eating. In my experience, any more than 20min after eating doesn’t help nearly as much or at all.
