After installing and downloading the program, the topaz screen ...
After installing and downloading the program, the topaz screen still doesn't display anything. When I tried to troubleshoot, the manual had different cables and connections. I will have to see if my IT person can make it work properly

We use this device in about 25 locations with our POS system. We display disclosure, waivers and the like and capture the customer's signature. We are very happy with this unit

It worked, and then it stopped....
For a plug and play device that was recommended by a specific online services provider, this device worked for a short period of time and then didn't, and then it did and finally it didn't. Many issues with windows updates and also, the big thing is, the device is not compatible with the most popular manufacturer of wireless devices around, Logitech. Why on earth would you make a product and then shoot yourself in the foot by not making it compatible with the most popular mouse out there? How utterly annoying.
