This is a beautiful mirror and much larger than I expected! I am the least handy person I know and I had no problem assembling it myself. Perhaps they have improved production quality since the reviews that were posted years ago because I find mine to be very steady now that it is all together and the screws at the bottom are tightened. The screws that hold the mirror on at the sides allow for the mirror to move so you can adjust it to the position you want. Once you put it in position, it does stay there and you don’t have to adjust the screws to move it again. I am replacing another high quality mirror from a furniture store with this one to match my furniture better. That mirror was much more expensive and I am just as happy with this one. One note about assembly is that I figured out to put it down on the bed for the last step of putting the mirror on the frame and that was the trick to doing it by myself. I will attach a photo of that for people like me. I did have a customer service issue, but they were very responsive and helpful. Just be careful with your packaging. It is not hard to get it open and get it out of the box and back in correctly, even for a single person. You just have to pay attention to what you are doing from the start. This was a great purchase and I’m very happy with my experience overall.

Easy to assemble and just as beautiful as pictured. One of the arms was broken upon delivery, I emailed the manufacturer and had the replacement part in about 2 weeks.

This Cheval mirror is available on Amazon through several different sellers. I happened to chose one shipped by Moysha Furnishings out of Houston. The glass in the mirror kit arrived broken. Through several e-mails with a service provider at Moysha, I was able to show them that the mirror needed replacement. Within 4 days a new mirror was shipped, arriving safe and sound. The mirror is easy to assemble, very sturdy, and a great looking piece in the bedroom. Moysha Furnishings delivered, in spite of some shipping issues that were not their fault. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

I should have really thought this one through. In the case of having to return the item. It came packaged perfectly, but because of that I needed to cut through the entire packaging. This mirror has quite a few scuffs and 3 big dents in it. It is not worth the cost. I was told to return it but cannot even begin to think about what I would buy for packaging to return the item. And then the cost of the return. It is sitting in a corner and will eventually go to my yardsale pile. I was very disspointed with Amazon in the way they handled this. The quality is poor, you really get what you pay for, but even with poor quality I could have dealt with, but damaged goods should somehow have at least have a return package and then I could have packaged this one to send back. Will not buy anything from Coaster Home Furnishings again. If there were a place for no stars I would have clicked on that!
