Canson Drawing Pad Mi-Teintes, 12"X16", Colors May Vary

Got this along with a set of soft pastels for my niece, and they work perfectly together. The paper has a nice tooth to it that holds the pigment well, and the quality feels great. Nice thickness, no bleed-through, and the assorted colors give some fun options to play with. Great pad for anyone getting into art or building up their supplies!

This is excellent paper for the chalk-type pastels. The texture grabs the pastel, and it has a nice weight to it, also. It's not cheap paper, but the price is not unreasonable for the high quality of this art paper. I believe there are professionals who use this paper, so that's an indicator of the quality.

Awesome paper and great assorted colors. There is a smooth side and a rough side. The nice part is that you can put on a base smudge pastel stick for value color and then use a pencil for fine detail over that color. The tooth does hold the pastel well but I prefer the smooth side for fine detail. Wonderful paper! Enjoy!

I do a lot of art works and the canon paper is perfect

This is pastel paper but I use it for graphite and pen and ink. It has a moderate tooth, nice texture. IT's fun to have an assortment of colors to consider when you're planning a project. This paper accepts a fair amount of layering for nice depth. It's a decent price, ships quickly, comes well packaged. A good buy.

I'm a beginner in soft pastels, but have dealt with different mediums. This paper is really good quality. I love the colors it comes with, I've only used white because I wanted to try my new pastel set, so I cut off a sheet and attempted an orange. One side does have a little more texture than the other which is great. The blending is marvelous on this paper.

Excelente papel, por un lado tiene textura para medios como el pastel, y el carbón, y por el otro una textura media para lápiz de grafito, aunque desde mi gusto, utilizo la parte con mas textura, para ambos casos es un papel de excelente calidad, y me agrada que tenga muchos colores un solo bloque, ademas a un precio increible.

El papel es bueno y adecuado para pastel. Yo utilice óleo-pastel y funciona bien pero hay que trabajar mucho para meter bien el color, sin embargo es lo normal asi Que estoy satisfecha con este cuaderno. Probaré a extenderlo con aceite o barniceta o de plano usar óleo.
