Unisex Adult Rapid Relief Back Support Brace with Hot/Cold Therapy, Black, Adjustable

I use this everyday as a Certified Nursing Assistant it helps to keep my back stable & in the correct position as I work to help others. It is comfortable love the gel pack and you can use it without the gel pack with just the support back padding.

Good product. I wear it every day at a warehouse. However after two months of wearing it, the wear and tear is taking its toll. I would still recommend it for more casual use.

Not bad at all. My pain is in the lowest part of the lower back. This thing has a nice pocket for a gel pack that can be frozen or heated. I prefer the cold and it is quite nice and lasts between an hour to two hours. I haven’t heated it in the microwave and honestly heat isn’t my think so I probably won’t. If you have pain in the lower back this will help. It will sit around your hip bones and provide support. I’ve been semi-active with it and he has been helpful. Cut some firewood and done other general household maintenance with it. I don’t know if the copper that’s allegedly in it has made any difference. I honestly think that’s just a gimmick. But for me that is irrelevant because it provide support, forces you to maintain good posture, and allows you to heal and prevents you from aggravating an existing injury. I would but it again. No regrets here.

This belt is great. Fits great around the waist. It arrived in 1 day . It's for larger sizes and fits a size 39 waist great. The microwavable insert feels good on the back. The insert is also very helpful for back support. It is a good length and easy to adjust the tightness of it. I highly recommend it.

I love this belt. I have a herniated disk impinging on a nerve root and the lumbar panel included with the belt helps me keep my back straight during any kind of movement, especially walking. The gel pack with the pocket keeps the gel packet in one place and provides the much needed cold therapy I require to temper the severe inflammation. The adjustable size (I'm 5"2"; 120 lbs) along with the strong velcro closure made it the perfect belt I needed.

This brace fits according to the size chart. It stays in place and offers support. So far, the velcro is holding after 2 months, time will tell. Small enough to conceal underneath clothing.

These are great. Not bulky, but strong and gives the support you need. I used to have this same one, and ordered this one to replace the old one. And I’ll buy this again when this one wears out. The last one has lasted me a few years, wearing almost every day.

The product provides support but I wish the waist band was slightly longer. It is pretty comfortable for wearing an extended period of time. Would purchase again. The gel pack is great for heat or cold.
