Bought this product to avoid my feet from swelling during long travels. It definitely did the job, easy to inflate by mouth (pump provided is utterly useless. Takes too long and atleast mine made weird noise). Quick to deflate too. Folds easily. Definitely good buy.

The air cushion holds air well. I'm please with it so far. Like other users have mentioned, the hand pump didn't work at all. It was shipped with the wrong size O-ring. I picked up a 1.5"/1.75"/0.125" O-ring at the local hardware store for $1.25. The hand pump works perfectly now... inflates on both push and pull. The engineer designed the pump perfectly only to be felled by a poor parts orderer. If you don't want to spend the $1.25, send the pump to the land fill.

Was a fantastic size. Great principal I need something when I travel and I don't want to carry a monster pillow so I thought this would do it. It doesn't stay inflated I have to reinflate it in the night

I bougjt this item and paid more for the inflator device, I had a 9 hour flight to Rome and wanted the ease of not having to orally inflate the pillow . The inflator did not form an airtight seal so it was useless in inflating the pillow. Item purchase 8/29 and delivered 8/30. I opened the pillow on 9/25 on the plane and was unhappy. This was an 2.5 week trip to Italy and when I got home on Oct 12, I found the return date had expired on Sept 29, or 60 days. Usually Amazon return is longer than that. I would NOT recommend spending the extra money for the inflating device.

It's worth the money, especially with the pump included. I've been using it as a leg rest so far and it is perfect. It doesn't get dirty easily because after a month plus of use, it is still clean. I'm not sure that an adult 120 lbs and over should sit on it. It should be just used as a leg rest. Well I've used it as a side snack table a couple times and it was stable enough to take that chance.

This item is much bulkier and heavier than I expected, and realistically, it only works in seats with extra legroom—like exit rows or the bulkhead at the front of economy. I originally bought it for a long flight to Greece but ultimately decided not to bring it, and I'm glad I didn’t. During the flight, I did see one woman using a similar product, but she was seated in the front row of economy where there was significantly more space. While it might be useful in certain travel situations, it’s not suitable for standard airline seating, which is what most people would be buying it for. Just something to keep in mind before purchasing.

Easy to assemble and travel with. It blows up within just a minute with hand pump. Use this for our toddlers in travel. Provides them great comfort and support. My kids have also been able to lay down flat on long flights to take a nap. Highly recommended for toddlers/young kids in travel.
