Exhaust With Muffler for: Coleman CT200U-EX Camo 196cc/6.5HP Gas mini bike.

Bolted on easily. Made the bike sound better. Probably quieter too, but I didn't measure dBs or anything. It took the higher pitched "pop pop" noise and brought it down to a lower grumble. I've only got 30 minutes of run time on this so far, but so far so good. It was my first mod (after removing the throttle stop screw) to the stock hisun 196cc engine. Haven't touched the intake yet. The muffler had a small dent though, which sucks.

This worked perfect for my grand daughters coleman ct200u-ex mini bike. I also added an exhaust sleeve made from fiberglass and silicone. The muffler is tucked back and down out of the way. This header pipe goes over the rear of the engine and comes out on the right side then angles down.

This is the only one with a screw-in muffler that fits the CT200U-EX. I also bought the shorter pipe that claimed it fit at the same time as this one. I'll be using the shorter pipe on my Colman go-kart with the same 196 engine. Both use the same screw-in muffler and make the engine sound better. I would only recommend this one if you still want a muffler.

Pipe and muffler mounted easily! Couldn’t wait to try the combo out. Since discoloring with a few heat cycles, I painted the pipe in Flat Black Engine paint. Just be aware of hanging clothes as polyester materials will melt on the header pipe!

I put this exhaust and a new intake on my Coleman ct200u-ex. I had to put a larger main jet (.036) in my carb to get the most out of the upgrades but well worth the cost. Sounds mean goes faster!

I no longer get burned on my "chicken wrangler" since my hubby changed out my muffler. It is great, easy install, sounds cool, now my husband wants one too. thank you

I noticed a difference in performance after installation. There was some improvement plus I like the way it sounds with the muffler.

It didn't make it 4 hours before the "Chrome" starting peeling and falling off. I paid too much for this!!
