Excellent value at reduced price £32.99 but not so sure at full price of £70.98. Instructions on cutting/joining would have been helpful but there's always the internet to refer to so not a major problem unless of course you don't have internet. Setting up to operate by the remote is simple, just plug in and go. Set up with the app takes a little more patience and time but is relatively straightforward. Set up with Alexa was a bit of a pain taking a couple of hours trying different things due to a lack of guidance but I got there eventually. I have the lights concealed in my conservatory for background ambient lighting and they are very effective. Being able to alter the brightness and colour means the light can be altered to match the mood of the moment. Even on full they are not excessively bright. The control means you can steplessley reduce or increase the brightness from full to off and vice versa. If you need to route around corners you will need angled joints in addition to this kit as the strip is not overly flexible. In conclusion, nice lights, good value at the reduced price and a pleasing addition to time spent relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book.

I bought it to light up the room where my daughter usually spends her time working on her laptop. I realized that simple lights didn't make her work area bright enough. The following are some points to note: 1. Easy to install and operate, 2. Good adhesive adhesion, no problem, 3. No trouble to install the application on the mobile phone! It's a new technology for me, because I'm impressed by the synchronization of lighting and music. It's also bright enough to illuminate any part of the room, so it's dual-purpose, saving me money. The packaging shows that it has reached the safety standard, so I think it is safe to use and will not cause fire or overheating. There are many colors and brightness levels that can be changed to suit your mood. The light bar is cheap and good-looking. At present, the discount price is 23.74 pounds, which can be well pasted on it. This product is highly recommended.

I was a little bit doubtful about these lights at first. When they arrived I lined them around my room ceiling and ran the wires down a corner of the room securing them in place with the given brackets. They are bright and the controller works perfectly. I actually use these more than my main room lights as these are brighter and I feel more relaxed with the different hues. The only problem I have with these lights is with the adhesive strips. They have been peeling off but I secured it with some double sided tape and it is fine now. I love the fact these lights also have connectors at the ends but they are a lil big and bulky.

I've bought a number of LED strip lights in the past from similar brands, but this one is by far the best in terms of quality, usability and value for money. The product has a range of different functions, such as changing with music, which works well. The colours seem to be unlimited and the LEDs are very bright. This can all be controlled with the handy app, should you lose the remote. I use these to light up our mobile bars at events. The sticky tape is strong and can handle a number of times being taken off and reapplied. I will definitely be purchasing more LED strips in the future, and this will be the brand I will be buying from now on. Great product and I recommend.

UPDATE: constantly disconnects from the Internet and the app. Alexa always says lights are not responding. The remote control is useless, doesn't work at close range, as in stood pointing at receiver within arms length. I wanted these to put up outside under a shelter along the front of my house. Connected brilliantly to the WiFi and alexa set up was dimple. My only problem is that there was no instructions in the box apart from a card with the name of the app to download. After fixing the lights up, I needed to use all the adhesive clips on one light. Took me longer than expected to set up as had to Google how to cut lights, and if they'd still be waterproof when cut. Only after setting one light strip up did I notice the one powerlead has a splitter for the 2 lights to be attached. WiFi splitter and connecter to the lights is rubbish, I had to use electrical tape to hold them together when joined as they kept coming apart. Some kind of clip would be good to hold the two connections together. NO INSTRUCTIONS made this difficult and now I neesld to order more clips as now I know how to use the splitter I can finally put the 2nd light up today. Would of been 5 star if it had INSTRUCTION MAUAL with it. I've no idea how to set up the lights to sync with music, but I'm not to bothered about that. Would be good for parties and Christmas ect.... But I'm not likely to use that feature. Would be nice to though if I wanted. All these lights need is an instruction manual, as cutting lights is worrying and add some corner connectors as not everything is a straight line.

The lights do not work. Some of the lights work in some patches but most do not. The lights don’t even correlate to the colours on the remote.

I recently purchased the 10M Alexa LED Strip Lights and I'm overall quite impressed. One of the standout features is how bright these lights are, they really add a nice pop of color to any room. Another great feature is the ability to set up timer functions in the app, which makes it easy to have the lights turn on and off automatically without having to manually adjust them. Setting up the lights was a breeze, the instructions were clear and straightforward. However, one downside I've experienced is that the adhesive doesn't seem to be strong enough in damper conditions. I have these lights installed in my bathroom, and after a few weeks, the adhesive started to peel away from the walls. I've had to reapply it a few times, but it's not a major issue. Overall, I would highly recommend these lights if you're looking for an easy-to-install and bright LED strip light option. Just keep in mind that the adhesive may not hold up as well in damper environments.

Second best smarthome thing I have (beaten by the Vacuum). I have over 50 smart devices in the lan and these impressed me. On the basic side they are your standard waterproof leds with very sticky thick glue, I literally have 1" every 50cm exposed and they hold up. I cant really say much about the lights, they're the standard led, standard credit card remote, a laptop sized psu and some extra clips. The software however is what makes these. You can scan a colour and it will match it, either by pressing the button or constantly updating. (Cheap ambilight? :) ) You can activate the mic and it will dim/light to the sound which I found slightly laggy but that could be the distance I have it from the router, everything in the area I have the reciever runs quite slow. You can play musin in the app and do the same, this is a LOT more responsive. There are 2x 5m and it's a lot of leds, its bright enough to replace 2x normal led 7w bulbs. The only issue with at is that I dont think they are true white, so mixed rgb, and it gives out a blue ish white. So look out for rgb + w or rgbcw if you want white white. But for the rgb and the app they're worth every penny. I'll definitely getting some more for my shelving. Just realised the pictures are not at full brighness
