Best chickpea pasta brand I’ve tried
We initially bought this at a Mom’s Organic market we stumbled upon. We loved it so we ordered it in bunch. It’s a healthy and easy option for us. My husband actually traded breakfast for this. So, if you never had chickpea flour, the texture and taste is always different than regular flour. I have tried many chickpea flour pastas. Out of 5-6 brands I’ve tried, this was the closest one two regular pasta. This the smoothest one. It’s not as stiff and it breaks much less. It’s also much tastier than other chickpea pastas. I also preferred this because many chickpea pastas have mixed flour and not 100% chickpea flour. This one is 100%.

Worth the money
Price is a little high averaging about $3.10 per bag. The flavor was different but very tasty. Noodles were nice and even held up for leftovers the following day. When purchasing, I thought they were like egg noodles but more like spiral noodles. They cook up quickly and everyone really enjoyed them. Including my toddler.

Great! Best Option for Health Conscious
Tastes great, texture very, very close to regular pasta. There's a bit of taste of pea, so use common sense, if you hate peas then don't try this. But even though there is a hint of pea taste, it's not that overt or overwhelming if you're covering with sauce. It's the absolute best pasta alternative I have ever tried, bar none. Even though peas are a higher carb veggie, I mean, come on, if you're dieting and want to fulfill your pasta craving, this is far and away the best possible option. The only thing I don't like is that it's pretty expensive.

An HONEST review
The texture & taste reminds me of chickpea noodles however, these hold up a lot better. I cooked them for about 5 minutes (package says 3). I can understand why someone would say these taste like cardboard... They do NOT taste like regular pasta. Jovial GF brown rice pasta is the closest thing to real pasta. As far as gluten free pasta goes, these are not bad. It comes out to $3.23 per bag, which is relatively cheap for gluten free. Will I order again? Probably but only because I’m trying to avoid rice & don’t digest chickpeas well.

Fall to pieces, taste like swallowing dry powder
AW recommended this and the description looks good, so I bought 12 bags. OMG, it’s the worst tasting pasta I have ever tasted! It’s like eating powder so hard to swallow. After trying 3 years to finish them, finally we have to throw them away. Huge waste of money but we couldn’t force ourselves eating them anymore.

Holds together! Not mushy like most gluten free pastas
Doesn’t taste like actual gluten pasta but it’s still delicious in its own right and holds together nicely!

Plant Based Gluten Free Pasta
Plant Based Gluten Free Pasta that actually tastes good. We like all 3 flavors but the sweet potato is definitely my favorite. It has a good flavor but not so overpowering so you can use it in a wide array of dishes like beef stroganoff or even a "Lasagna" type dish.
