I went through five or six phone holders for my car and all of them had issues except this one! The VICSEED holder has great quality, smart design, stays in place, doesn't shake or vibrate, and allows me to put it in the location with best visibility while driving. When it’s mounted in my CD player, I do need to flip it up to see my rear camera but that doesn’t happen often, and it’s very quick and easy to do. I have had the holder for a few months now and only positive feedback! Great purchase!

I have an older Jeep Cherokee XJ and have had tons of issues finding the proper cell phone mount. This one definitely works the best. The dash is not flat anywhere, the vents too old, brittle, floppy and loose to use for mounting. I broke out one of the vent fins trying to make a different holder work. This one with the CD slot mount is awesome! I just pushed that mount into the CD slot, tightened the screw underneath, and it is in there solidly and reliably. It is sturdy and easy to tilt left, right, or up and down to adjust the view using the ball mount behind the device. NOTE: If you still use your CD player and worry about your vents being right for the mounting, then maybe this one isn’t for you. I installed Bluetooth in my Jeep so all my music and hands free audio comes from my cell phone nowadays. I love this mount and highly recommend it. Solid, well made, and seems to be quite durable. I have a iPhone 14 Pro in a military grade protective case and it fits just fine. The release button works great and expands quickly when pressed. The rubbery edges inside the holder work extremely well too.

Excellent phone mount it works good on dash & wind shield. Would highly recommend. Easy touch and release I use it daily to help me navigate at work.

This is great. It uses a screw system to lock into the vent instead of springs and holds very tight. The ball head on the back stays a bit loose, so you will have to readjust the angle on it pretty often, but that's just the nature of a plastic ball head. You can try to tighten it, but it isn't really worth it. The arms lock in on the sides and hold the phone very tight and the release button is easy to push when I grab my phone to leave the car. I use a phone holder the most when I'm doing delivery driving, so I am putting my phone in and taking it out quite frequently and it is holding up well so far. I have not used the CD slot holder, so I can't speak to that.
