Bought this to use with my mounjaro pen when I travel abroad. Conducted a test at home and can confirm it kept my pen cold for at least 26 hours, it was still very cold and would have kept it cold for another day without a doubt. I'm only going to be travelling for 18 hours so I didn't test it out for the full 60hrs but I'd be confident enough to trust that it'd keep it cold for that long. It doesn't feel heavy, it's nice and lightweight. It only holds one mounjaro pen as I put my pen in an envelope to protect it from freezing, so that took a little space. The sticker on the bottle was bought separately from amazon.

I've now bought two of these. They work in a hot Spanish summer, keeping insulin cold. I've travelled the world and these flasks are the best at keeping insulin cool.

Keeps injection pens cold for much longer than it says in the instruction manual. Very safe option for long-haul travellers. Raises some eyebrows at airport customs though, so be ready to bring along your prescription.

Very useful product and was effective for me. The only real negative I found was that perhaps the included thermometer could have been tethered in some way. I managed to leave mine in a fridge somewhere in Japan. Most importantly, I wanted to share my experience of taking this through airport security. In the UK (Manchester) the staff I dealt with hadn't seen one before, but were very efficient and after seeing my prescription and letter for travel, were happy to let me through. Leaving Japan, I was asked if I had a drink and when I said it was medicine and (a little unfortunately) opened the canister they very quickly allowed me on my way. I only needed to keep my medication at a reasonable room temperature and this product more than managed that, even with extended travel times. I'd have reported in more detail, had I not lost the thermometer!

If you are travelling with medication that has to be kept cool this is a perfect buy. It travelled with me on a recent 6 week trip and kept my medication at the temperature it should have been, even on long flights. Just make sure you take a letter of authorisation of your medication as I was asked to show it as it must be kept in hand luggage. Unfortunately on my way home I left the freezer pack there so had to use the temporary pack which was ok but need constant freezing water added.

Saved the day as we needed to store medical drugs at fridge temperature for 24hours whilst we travelled to our destination.

Does exactly what it says it will do. I had to travel with medication that has to be kept cool and this worked really well. The ability to top up with ice when you don't have a freezer to hand is great as most hotels have an ice machine.

Très bon produit, un maintient au froid exceptionnel. La seringue, avec le bloc de froid, a tenu plus de 24h entre le départ de chez nous et l’arrivée à l’hôtel en ayant fait 2 vols en avion de 12 et 2 heures et tout ça sans le déposer dans n frigo. La température a été maintenu sans souci, je recommande vivement.

Robilam wiele prob, i minusem jest to, ze temperatura jest rozna w roznych czesciach wkladu chlodzacego (np na dole bedzie 2 stopnie a na gorze 7 stopni). Trzyma temperature ok 11- 12 h. Dla mnie jest to wystarczajace.
