Most effective numbing lozenges out there
Super effective (the high amount of benzocaine creates maximum numbing). Plus, they are sugar free - so you wont get cavities when your sucking on them all day for a sore throat. There are a couple other lozenges with high benzocaine, but none of them are sugar free - that is why I stick with this product. Let me be clear, these don’t taste like candy (they don’t taste bad, but they aren’t they kind that taste more like candy than medicine). These are strong, medicated lozenges for when you have a sore throat.

Mouth Numbed, Throat Soothed — Just Watch Your Speech!
These Cepacol lozenges pack a punch — my sore throat felt like it was on fire one minute and completely numb the next (mouth included). Talking like a chipmunk for a while was a small price to pay for the relief. The honey lemon flavor is pretty decent too, so it’s not a total torture session. Four stars because numb mouth > sore throat any day!
