I thought this was great when I first got it. Usually when I irrigate my ears, I use a bowl to catch the water, and it's messy and awkward. This is very lightweight and not as awkward, but unfortunately water still gets everywhere while using this. Maybe I'm not holding it or angling it right, but I've come to realize that it's easiest just to tip my head over the sink and let the water fall right into the sink rather than trying to catch it with a bowl or this basin. I really wanted it to be easier, but it just hasn't been for me. Also, when I first bought it, it arrived completely cracked, so I had to ask for a replacement. The company wanted me to mail the cracked one back, which was a little annoying since it required a trip to UPS. Not sure why they wouldn't have just accepted a picture as proof and allowed me to throw it away rather than needing to drive to UPS to return it!
