Clarks Women's Cynthia Fest Slingback Pump

I can't walk in heels. I am 25 and all of my girlfriends can rock the platform 4-5 inch shoes. Not only can I not do that, but I am likely to put myself in the hospital if I try. I was really worried because I am attending my bf's graduation from law school [one of those rare occasions in today's society where you really have to embrace classy over trashy] and I have an incredible dress--but most of the shoes that sport small heels are well...grandma-esque. They aren't sexy. And even if they aren't grandma-esque, they belong in the office. On the other hand, everything else is something you wear to a club and wouldn't match my dress.I scoured a dozen stores and I scoured the net for a pair of nude heels. I didn't expect my search to be so difficult. Now I am new to Clarks [I bought my first pair of boat shoes recently]. I did not know they made heels. Well let me tell you. These are PERFECT.I can wear them all day, they won't hurt my feet [or my achilles area, which always seems to get rubbed the wrong way when I attempt to wear heels meaning I have to stuff my shoes with tissues because the tape doesn't work. to do otherwise would invite injury]. I wasn't a big fan of the price [hey, I'm a broke student] but I wasn't going to find anything affordable with a small heel that also looked good. So I conceded defeat and dished out the 75 dollars...I wanted to stay below 50...Now I wear a 9 1/2 or a 10. These fit perfectly. But if they were any smaller I would have a problem. I just want others to know that in case they are more often a 10 [I am usually a 9 and a 1/2). And they are really comfy. I don't know how Clarks makes their shoes but it's like walking a pillow. Or clouds. Pick your metaphor. But I give them five stars.

I am 5'9 and 58 years old. These arrived in perfect condition, no heel issues as with other reviewers. I don't like wearing heels, but alas need to at times. I chose these nude pumps because they would be versatile. The toe box is a little snug, but nothing I can't get used to. I guess that is the nature of a heeled pump. The peep toe is nice; shows just the right amount of toe! Very comfortable. Wore right out of the box. Easy enough to walk in; not too high of a heel. The foot bed is leather. A very comfortable and attractive shoe. Not super dressy. The faux stacked wood heel keeps it casual enough for pants and perfect for a casual to semi dressy dress or skirt. I recommend the shoe highly. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that anything can be better. If I were to say one thing negative about the shoe is that it could offer a little arch support or further padding of the foot bed. All in all a good purchase that I picked up at a good price.

I bought this shoe to wear for my nieces wedding. I was looking for comfort and style. I found both. I usually wear a ten and have wide feet. These shoes have a comfort pad that allowed me to wear them for many hours. The Clark quality is there but the stain and lines in the wood heels was not consistent on both shoes. It's not like people see the heals up close so I kept them. They looked nice with a knee length dressy dress and they will work well with dress slacks too. Overall I was pleased with the width, small open toe ( shows 2 toes) and comfort!

The shoes look great on with most of my outfits. Wore them all day today and only felt a bit at the toes after 8 hours. I don't last more than 4 hours in most heels. I ordered the black pair and they just came in today. Very excited to wear them for the office.They fit a bit bigger, both length and width, however, the width of the shoes accommodated for later afternoon after my feet swelled a little, so, am glad they run a bit wider and longer. Easy to walk in, unlike those platform shoes as they don't bend with my feet when I walk either on carpet nor tile. Delivery was within 3 days.

I purchased the nude model for my 22 year old daughter to wear at a wedding. She loved them and actually wore them several times to many of the wedding festivities, as the nude color went with so many of her outfits/dresses. She said the style was just perfect and comfort was amazing, not necessitating removal as the day wore on for all walking/dancing events. She is 74" tall and the heel height was just perfect (her fiance is 78" tall). One of the best purchases I have ever made from Amazon. Since these are Clarks, I was shocked at the low price! Excellent value.

You can always count on Clarks to produce a high quality shoe that is so comfortable you can wear it for hours right out of the box. And this shoe is no exception. It is easily the most comfortable slingback I own, while still being as stylish and classic looking as other "chic" brands. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I like to have a bit of a platform on the front. Add that and this is footwear perfection! But even without, it quickly catapulted to the top of my shoe rack as my "go to" shoe. Two thumbs (or toes!) up!

I have 2 pairs of this shoe, black and British tan, purchased last year. They are extremely comfortable and the leather is of great quality and is soft. I wear them in the summer for work and even when I am in the tropics on holiday with dresses in the evening for dinner.

Just got my shoe and I love it. I was afraid it would be too small as I had that problem with a previous Clarks purchase, but the fit is perfect in my regular size. I even found a Kenneth Cole python clutch that matches it almost exactly. I haven't worn the shoe out of the house yet so I don't know how comfortable it is after a couple hours. Will update my review after wearing if there is a problem.
