I purchased a pair of these about a year ago and used it consistently for working out. They do have the wire but it generally does not bother me at all. It has one main function button on the right side as well as a + and - button for volume. The battery life is good, I've never run out of battery in the middle of a workout and I do not always put it to charge every time I'm finished. Recently I moved and in the mist of the chaos, I misplaced them. On a whim, I ordered a different pair, one that is completely wireless and I hated them so I returned them and reordered these. In comparison, these are so much better in terms of fit, sound volume, and easy of use. I would definitely recommend these.

I was gifted a set of Senso Bluetooth headphones years ago, and used them pretty much every day since then. This included during workouts in which they were jostled about and sweat on profusely, and not really maintained in any way. Eventually they started to show wear, and I purchased another set just so I'd be prepared when they finally gave up the ghost. Unfortunately there was a failure upon the first charging of that new set (which could've been my fault, even though I had the plug turned in the correct orientation). I contacted the company via the phone # in the user manual, anticipating the usual corporate run-around. Instead, I got to speak with a human on that first attempt, sent them the minimal information their warranty department required, and got an immediate written response letting me know that a replacement set was en route. Sure enough, just a few days later, the new set arrived, and is providing me with listening enjoyment as I compose this review. I deal with many different companies in my daily life, and probably like most of you, I find it an increasingly frustrating experience that rarely leads to total satisfaction. Therefore, I make sure to highlight those few remaining companies that actually stand behind their products and still offer excellent, personalized customer service. Senso is one of those companies. My experience with them is akin to those usually found only among luxury brands, yet this product is extremely reasonably priced, offers a quality experience, and is backed by a company that still believes in customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend this product, and would buy with confidence any other product sold by Senso.

My previous headset was a Trelab XR500 and I used it for 2.5 year until the BT gave out. So, I tried Senso. I find the sound quality is good enough for audiobook, battery life is good, and love the earhooks. But the quality is terrible. After only 5 months, the left earphone volume started to degrade. Now one earphone is a lot louder than the other which made so hard to use. I contacted Support and they were kind enough to offer a replacement. Great. Unfortunately, they never did or never intend to send it. After 2 weeks, I followed up and they say they will send it. Followed up again after 2 more weeks and they say they will send. Another 2 weeks and they start ignoring me. I give up. UPDATE 10/2020: Let's give credit where credit is due. The replacement headset finally arrived. For the record, I first reached out to Support on 8/28, they agreed to send replacement on 9/6, it was finally shipped on 10/6, and it arrived today (10/10). Let's hope this one will last. Thanks for the replacement. To be fair, I will up it from 2 to 3 stars. UPDATE (07/2021): Another 9 months later, the replacement headset is working great with heavy usage. Give credit where credit is due. Up from 3 to 4 stars. UPDATE (08/2021): Since the 2nd one was good, I ordered 3rd one. Few days after it arrived, left ear on my 2nd set started dying. It goes back my previous belief that there is quality problem.

Bought these for Teams Meeting calls so I dont have to keep switching headphones or annoying my co-workers or family. You get what you pay for and then still feel kinda ripped off. OVERALL: If you dont care about sound quality, buzzing in ear, ear feel and possibly falling off and dont need the mic, these are fine for 22$ I guess. Anything more than that and I would recommend going to the 40-60$ range or just go the full 100-150$ near the raycon area. (Will update with battery life when I test that out). SOUND QUALITY - TERRIBLE - Even before any audio comes in there is a high pitched buzzing. Eventually it stops, maybe, or I tune it out. If youre audio is loud enough, it will drown out the buzzing. On Teams Meetings, the audio was absolutely terrible. While I can understand what my co-workers are saying, it was the worst sound quality I have heard in my life. EAR FEEL QUALITY - BAD - These do not feel good on/in the ear. Hard rubber, weird feel to the hand, and my not fit too well over the ear unless you have HUGE ears. Would not use for extended periods or active movement. There are replacement earbud rubbers but they still have the same weird feel and hard center. MICROPHONE QUALITY - BAD - They say the closer you are to the device the better the quality.... No, I was maybe 2 inches away from my computer in a quiet room and they barely picked up. I will just use the microphone on the laptop instead. OTHER: micro USB cord - Short also microUSB Carrying case - Meh 10% Off Coupon if you register. 1 year free warranty. LED Indicator not really indicating - Blinks red and blue when pairing, red when charging, is supposed to stay blue when fully charged but just turns off so I'm unsure if its fully charged or just decided to not?

Well, my first thoughts are: These are great!! I have bought about 15 pair (at least) and love them. But then I think, I’ve literally bought 15 of these....like one every 3 months.....although I really do enjoy them and they do have good sound quality I usually have one in and hang the other on my shirt collar especially at work. But is it cost effective to have to buy so many? Idk. But I do like them. Very easy to link to my device (iPhone 11) they last 4-6 months, the battery life varies I find. Sometimes 3-4 hours and sometimes 6-8 hours. Regardless, you can’t go wrong for the price.

I bought these earbuds strictly for working out. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week and have already been through two pairs of bluetooth headphones and needed a good pair that would last without draining the bank account. A friend recommended these and after reading all the positive reviews decided to give them ago. So here it is. They are very easy to navigate/set up/pair. Pretty comfortable around and in the ear. Fit securely for active working out. Volume level is great. And the price is right on which is very important. Now on to the big flaw. Not sure where the "great sound quality" reviews came from, but for me the sound quality seems terrible. For the price I didnt was expect them to be top notch like Bose or Beats, however these sound so muffled it is like you are listening from the end of a long tunnel. When you up the volume it is even worse. Anyone else experience this? And definitely not noise canceling IMO. Sound quality was never a major concern to me when shopping but these are bad. Not sure yet if I will try to return them, I will probably end up living with them as I don't have an endless budget to spend on headphones and only use them about an hour a day while I am at the gym, but if anyone is looking for great sound quality I would recommend selecting a different set. I would doubt mine are just an outlier I'm thinking this model they are all like that.

I listen to podcasts for 9 hours a day with these. I usually will charge them on my 30 minute lunch, if I don’t, they will die with about 20 minutes left in my 9 hour day. Also put them on charge before I leave and there good to go for the next shift. This is my second set. I had used and abused the first one for over a year. They still work, just shut off randomly. Overall great product for the price. I will purchase a 3rd set when it comes time to do so.
