This was the first time I am using a product like this. It's very sturdy, stable and easy to use. Fulfills my purpose on days when I need something to depend or rely on. At the beginning I was bit skeptical if it will break while climbing midway but it kept it's promise and didn't break however it's flexible to carry your weight as mentioned in the product details. It has rubber grip at the bottom which doesn't allow it to get slipped. It can be cleaned with soft cloth and from scratch perspective I can't say it's reaistant but I am not sure based on it's purpose it needs to be cleaned vigorously. The one most thing I likes is it's collapsible which allows it to take very less space for storage unlike the fixed size ones. To conclude, it's value for money.

The arms of the ladder are strong however the joint which opens up for extending the ladder to full length is relatively weak and generates fear due to mobility.

I was looking for a foldable step ladder and I happened to chance upon this collapsible ladder. I bought this lader because of the dual purpose it served. Both as a foldable step ladder, which helped me clean the fans of my rooms. And as a collapsible ladder it helped me reach the ventiolators. After using it a few times, my experience has been good. It is lightweight and can be carried around by one person. Although one has to be a bit careful with the fingers while using the clips to increase or reduce the kadder height, as the steps mayslide and fall on the fingers. So my suggestion would be to grip the ladder from the outside, keeping the fingers outside the step space. And while folding, collapsing the ladder for storage, one should invert it to collapse easily, and perfectly. All in all, a good buy and really helpful product.
