I’m surprised this doesn’t have more positive reviews. It’s cheaper than other niacinamide out there (the bottle is gigantic-2 year supply!) and there are no fillers! I bought this for anxiety/depression and while I have noticed feeling more relaxed from this supplement, particularly in my muscles/body, I think it’s too early to tell. What I have noticed without a doubt is that it has made my hair extremely soft! It seriously looks and feels GORGEOUS! I’m sure it’s going to stimulate hair growth given how healthy it has made my hair. The other thing is my skin! It’s looking more and more smooth and flawless every day. I had bad acne as a teenager and still get a mild flare up now and again, but the main thing that bothered me was skin discoloration. Since using this nicinamide my skin tone looks so smooth and even. Any blemish I have clears up quickly! It’s a miracle product! If you’re looking for softer healthier hair and bright clear complexion, try this!! I’ve been loving the results!

I believe the product itself is probably good, and I thought I was being smart when I ordered a bottle that would last me a whole year with 365 capsules in it; however, the dose of 425 mg per capsule is too large for my system. Every time I take it I get diarrhea. 🥺 🤦‍♀️ I have had struggles with IBS my entire life. I keep it in remission with Omega 3 and Probiotics; but my system is still sensitive and this product was too strong for me. I wanted to share my experience with you before you buy it.... HOWEVER, It is important that I also tell you that when the company learned what had happened in my case, they were extremely compassionate and responsive, and addressed my situation in a most positive way. It showed me this company cares about the consumer. While this particular product didn't work for my sensitive GI system, I would definitely buy from this company again.

Pure Niacinamide that is easy to swallow and absorbed well. I take it before bedtime and I will recommend it to all of my friends. Niacinamide is an important supplement.
