Love this briefcase. The leather is so buttery soft to touch and it’s very professional looking. Built solid with nice covered inside. It also has pockets for pens , business cards for just about anything very roomy.

I can't open my briefcase
I did not receive instructions on how to open the brief case with my order and it will not open. Came with 000 on combination lock but will not open. How do you get this thing open?

can't change combination so its useless
it would be great. but I can't change the combo from 000. the directions reference something that is bit there. I tried to figure it out thinking they must have shipped wrong directions. couldn't do it. can't use it cause the combo is so obvious.

This briefcase is exactly as described. Perfect for a large laptop with room to spare and plenty od compartments. Sturdy locks with easy step by step instructions for setting the combination. Overall, a very good value for a leather briefcase of this quality.

Not HAPPY 🙇🏻♂️
Was great Until had its possession for 10 days and then left the country with it & it locked and won’t open. So I had to crack it open. Couldn’t return because I got back few months later. Wouldn’t recommend
