How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy! Paperback – July 1, 2018

Wonderful book! Excellent information on what proper health is.

I'm still working on getting through this book, but already have learned so much that would have helped me health-wise if I read it a number of years ago. I'm afraid I'm now too old to get as much value out of it as I could have (mid-80's and still very active, no prescription drugs) but I am starting on a number of changes anyway.. The only problem I have with the book, is that the website listed numerous times in the book for resources and added info, cannot be found. I have tried 2 servers and all the only site that comes up is the ChekInstitute. Therefore, I have nowhere to go for questions, help, etc. I don't understand why he would list something that doesn't exist. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star.

Paul Chek is a genius. I have followed the health and fitness scene for quite some time and I also work in this area myself. I have never met anyone else who has the same amount of information AND lives the principles themselves fully, showing the results of their work. Sadly, a lot of times I have seen it the other way around.This book covers all areas of healthy living. Too many times people focus just on exercise, just on nutrition, just on meditation etc. This book has it all and then some more, including detailed, PRACTICAL information how to apply the teachings to your everyday life. This is a book I can come back to on many occasions, even as an athlete myself. It is well written, nicely illustrated and enjoyable. I honestly believe the world will be a much better place as Paul's teachings get spread. At least I will be spreading the good word.I honestly don't see a reason why you wouldn't get this book. I am sure whatever your background is, there is something new to learn in this book.-Aleksi

What a wonderful read! Very practical and informative. This must be taught in every high school! I highly recommend this book if you love and care about yourself!

I have been studying nutrition and health for the better part of 30 years. Paul really bring it all together in this book. Highly recommend.

This book is helping me be a better living example for my son

This is the most comprehensive and practical guide to overall health and happiness. My mind is blown every time I pick up this book. Paul guides you through little changes that have an overall impact on your health and educates you on why these things make a difference. Once I finish this book, I am lending it to everyone I know!

This is a good book with a lot of interesting information to help you with your gut also a lot of different exercises and you can evaluate your eating this is a fabulous book I highly recommend

Paul Chek is a great person to follow, and I am in general very happy with this book. In depth yet simple enough, with a good amount of actionable guidelines for optimal health. Very useful information (I am well versed with what Paul Chek is about/philosophy(s) as well as being a trainer and holistically interested person myself. 4 stars as there are a couple of smaller items in the book I don't fully agree with/non information

I bought this as a present for my son to support his gym membership. It;s a very good and useful book.

Haven't even gotten through the entire book yet but so far it absolutely blows my mind - the exercises in chapter 6 will make stress a thing of the past, that alone is worth the price of this book 10 times over!
