Thanks for A. Tormey's answer: You have 2 options, 1) Use a drag down gesture on the touchscreen and it will bring up the options and turn on wifi or 2) Turn on camera, press and hold Up button for three seconds to turn on Wi-Fi. By A. Tormey.

No, this action camera doesn't have editing software.

Q: does this camera include a remote??

It does, technically it has 2. The first is a simple watch like unit, about the size of an old digital wrist watch from the 90's. It's able to start Video or take still, it comes in the kit complete with wrist strap. Simple and easy to use I though this was a great idea. You can connect it to a phone, although I had some issues with this however I am using an odd make and custom Android Rom (operating system).

Q: When downloading the video the video and the voice are not synchronised! Any advise?

If you check it's ok on camera, it's the problem how you download it. If you check it is not synchronised on camera, please use the quality SD card, we suggest use some brand own the speed 100MB/s (U3). Since V50 X action camera is native 4K, which is high-performance, will don't work well using low quality sd card. Please tell me if you meet anyproblem, and you can also contact us by email cs@akasotech.com with details of order ID and product problems, or via Amazon message center.
