Works well, you put it under the top sheet and it bleeps of pressure is lost. It only goes off when it should. Inside the unit you can change the volume and tone to make it VERY loud. The only thing I would like to change is being able to connect to a speaker in another room

product worked for a short while then the alarm, when activated, does not turn off - a big problem. Amazon apparently does not aid in getting this defective product replaced; at least I can't find any help. I contacted the company directly and without argument they are sending me a replacement. Wonderful customer service for which I thank them!

This unit is not as loud as I thought it would be at 120db. 25 -30 feet away you cannot hear it. It won't wake you up sleeping 20 feet away.

It won't reset. So the only way to turn it off is to turn the sound off( which isn't easy to get to) and that is still using the battery. Very frustrated.

dislike: the control did not last a year, therefore I have to buy another unit.

My 84 year old mother has Parkinson's, dementia and can't walk after hip fracture. She constantly tries getting out of bed. The alarm notifies me she is trying to get up & it's loud enough for me to hear throughout the house.

This product has been so helpful to prevent falls. The alert can be easily heard throughout the apartment
