Great fogger for tackling mold issues.
I have used this fogger several times over the years to mist out a safe mold destroyer that latches onto mold spores and kills them by drying them out. Luckily, we are getting a heating/cooling system for our 1880’s built home and won’t need this unit anymore but if you live in an old house with unheated or uncooled areas or unventilated rooms that get a touch of mold- this fogger will work well to dispense material to combat that problem.

This thing is legit
I used this to fog the crawlspace under my kitchen and master bedroom with Concrobium mold control solution. My crawl space had become moldy after a water leak went undetected for weeks. This fogger did a terrific job of dispersing the Concrobium all throughout the affected area, which is approximately 40 x 15 x 3 feet high. The fogger reached the entire area from the crawl space entry point. I used it to spray 2 gallons, though one might have been enough. I have yet to go back down into the crawlspace and see how well the Concrobium worked. The tank holds one gallon so I had to fill it twice, waiting just a few minutes in between reloading. The filter was a slightly clogged but still OK on the 2nd gallon. I would buy additional filters if I were using it to spray more than two gallons at a time. This fogger is very capable and does not mess around. It does what it is advertised to to. It produced a powerful stream of extremely fine mist. This fogger seems very well built and I expect it to last years. Remember to follow the cleaning instructions after each use. The main cleaning task is to run some clean water though the fogger for a few minutes after you're done. You will also need to clean and dry the filter. It will also help to keep the silicone seal clean. If you keep this fogger clean, it will probably last a long time. Get it. Kill some mold. It's fun.

Easy to use. Great coverage, nice fine fog/mist
I found the unit easy to use, not over weight and it applied the prtoduct evenly. In the past I would have used a pump up garden sprayer, which always creates a uneven distruibution and uses alot of product. This fogger spread out the mildew cleaner I was using very evenly, throughly coating all of the surfaces of a house I was rehabing. The greastest part was using it to sanitize the attic, all from the scuttel hole. Just sat the unit up there, turned it on and watched the fog drift to the far end, reaiming it as sections were treated. If you are apprehansive as I was, make the jump and buy this fogger. You will not regret buying this tool for the quickness, ease of use and the through distribution of the fog.

Great unit, lightweight, easy to use, but a bit leaky
I think this is a great regular quality unit with no bells or whistles. It suffers from some gasket sealing issues and other smaller defects that aren't a dealbreaker. For example, the aluminum tub doesn't seat perfectly and a gasket usually masks this by deforming to seal everywhere - this unit's gasket is too thin to correct every minor issue and so there can be some leakage on a small spot here or there. For positives: the unit is as powerful as described, quick to setup, easy to use, and really disperses a nice mist everywhere you point the tri-turbo nozzles. In fact, I treated my entire acre yard with malathion concentrate (mixed in distilled water) in under an hour. I presume that when I use it for mildew remediation it will give similar results - i.e., great dispersion everywhere I point it. The major caveat being that if used in a restricted space some splash-back can occur, and so you'll want to saran-wrap or otherwise seal off the electric on/off switch to avoid condensation frying your new expensive fogger. SO, in summary, treat it well, know its limitations, and try and mitigate condensation causing electrical issues by ensuring you block the switch from condensate and monitor when using in small or restricted spaces where blow-back and overspray condense on the unit. I recommend this to anyone who can follow instructions and needs fast dispersal of misted liquids (e.g., insect, mildew, mold remediation).

Messed up
I think i might have had an old switcheroo pulled on me. Out of the box it looked clean. I opened a brand new gallon jug of mold killer, putting half of it in the pan. Worked good for about a minute. Then it quit spraying. I opened it up and to my surprise there were pieces of something black floating around. Upon further inspection this black stuff had stopped up the intake hose, even caused the mesh filter to come out of place. There was nothing black in the rmr mold killer solution . I can only wonder if I was sent a messed up fogger. Cant say if was intentional. but for such an expensive tool, it shouldn't be messed up from the start.

Powerful fogger
Fogger arrived promptly and worked well right out of the box. I used it with Concrobium mold control to clean up a musty crawlspace of approx 32ft x 38ft. It aerosolized the liquid extremely well and created a very fine mist fog thoughout the entire crawlspace, even the areas I couldn't physically reach. It is a very powerful fogger - the mist can definitely can definitely shoot 30-40 feet and reaches tight areas and corners. There is a control to adjust the amount of product dispensed (as in heavy fog or light fog), however, there is no control to adjust the power/force of the sprayer. It does shoot with quite a bit of force, so if you have any loose particulate or small pieces of debris, it can blow them around. Also, there is no automatic shutoff when the fogger is empty. (It doesn't seem to hurt it it to run for a while when empty, but the mist won't settle all the way until you shut the blower off.) I didn't really want to crawl back into the fog when it was finished, so I just positioned an extension cord near the door and pulled the plug when it was finished an let it sit there overnight. I did worry that perhaps I was blowing mold spores around with that powerful spray, but when I entered the crawlspace the next day, it seemed much fresher and no mustiness. All in all a very good product.
