Pear Wood Hand Carved Tobacco Smoking Pipe FLORIA + Pouch

This pipe is absolutely beautiful, it fits in the hand like art, its lines are graceful, it has a large bowl, and the price is really what earns five stars from me. I can hardly believe that you can get a pipe of this quality and beauty for this kind of price.

When I first received this pipe, it felt a little too lightweight for my tastes. Before long, the paint (or dye) began rubbing off when I would clean it, including a black dye used inside the bowl (which makes me definitely not want to smoke from it). Many pipes of this length also have come with a slotted metal bit to act as a sort of filter; this one does not, and the air passage is too wide to fit most common filters.Do yourself a favor - get something more like the Dali or the Expression, which these guys make. I have had a Dali for over a year now and have been pretty well satisfied (although, according to the pictures, they may be making it differently now than the one I ordered, and the changes do not appear to be an improvement).
