Case-Mate Cell Phone Case for iPhone 6 - Retail Packaging - Black

Historically I've been impressed by case-mate products. The "Hula" case for the Moto-x phone was really brilliant. It fit exceedingly well, was made from high quality materials and looked it, without being flashy.This case is less good. The materials feel cheaper, the fit is ever so slightly loose, just enough that I'm concerned that if the smallest amount of dirt gets between the case and the phone that it will act like sandpaper. The side buttons are slightly loose and rattle. The iPhone has a reputation for being a very precisely made thing. The case that goes around it should match that quality.The little details that take a product from "ok" to "great" are missing from it. In the end I will either find a case that meets this standard, or I'll use the phone without one.

It works fine. The good news is that it's fairly easy to put on. The bad news is that it comes off easily too.I prefer the style that clamps on, but the metal ones definitely hurt reception.

I love this bumper case.... Especially because I do not like a full case on my phone. The issue is that it keeps breaking. I like it enough to just order a new one when it breaks.

Fits tight and protected screen from a few drops. No complaints there.The bottom finally split apart from one too many accidental thumb presses that were meant for the home button.

What I like most about this case is that it maintains the feeling of "thinness" that the iPhone is supposed to have.

Disappointing quality from a good manufacturer. Some of the reviews talked about the case being loose but I assumed it was early production versions. I got this in Dec 2014 though and still the problem exists. The sides of the case are so lose that they come away from the phone and then create a tapping sound as you pick the phone up or move it around in your hands, as the case hits the side of the phone and loosens again.

Es ist schon erstaunlich, das ein solch simples Bauteil aus Plastik so viel kostet. Es ist den Preis nicht wert.
