No, it does not. If your network has "power over Ethernet", you don't need a separate AC adaptor, but most networks do not have that, so you will need the AC adaptor. You want the Cisco Linksys (PA100-NA) Power Adapter for IP Phones. I just bought two on Amazon for $8.77 with Amazon Prime.

Does this phone have intercom?

This VoIP Cisco phone has speaker-phone (hands free). Intercom is to communicate between phone base and wireless handset.. This phone is not wireless (radio). You probably confusing these two things.
