Very good quality product and the price was very good. The product shined my floor to my satisfaction and in my heavily walked on area the shine is still there. I bought two and once they are gone, I will purchase this product again. It does what the discription says, it dries quickly, it’s durable and very easy to apply.

I bought this to add a shine (and some weather resistance) to our porch floor. We have an enclosed porch with a Pennsylvania Bluestone (slate) floor. The exit from the back of the house is through a sliding glass door, onto the porch, then out to the stone patio in the back yard. My wife likes to sit on the porch and read and she commented that she wished we could do something with the dull stone floor, hence the Zep. I read the directions carefully and applied three very thin coats, allowing each coat to dry thoroughly. The Zep cured to a tough, shiny, waterproof finish that has held up all summer long, and it gets a lot of traffic. I grill 2 or more times a week all year long, so I am constantly in and out of the porch - rain or shine. My wife and I spend a lot of time on the patio and in the back yard tending to our flower beds. The floor has held its shine even with the constant traffic, and my wife could not be happier, "We got another room." I highly recommend this product. Read the directions carefully! And enjoy.

While the label says don’t use on wooden floors, after three years’ usage, the product has kept our hardwood kitchen floor shiny enough to avoid having to sand and re-polish. I am not advocating not following the directions, but at least in our case, no overt serious damage to the floor has occurred, which had a polyurethane finish.

We are using this on our church floors which are concrete, and they looked so drab. This is amazing. So cost effective, since we must be good stewards of our money. Our floors are so nice and shiny the worship leader did the song "Shine Jesus Shine" as soon as they were done. This is a high-quality product with a fantastic price and if you want glossy mirror shining floors... do not look any further.

Never stripped a floor before. Looked for the right system to work the first time. Used the ZEP stripper to remove wax and embedded dirt that mopping wouldn't remove. With a clean floor now, Applied the ZEP High Traffic Polish. Applied a thin layer and allowed it to dry before second coat. YouTube recommended 3-5 coats but I only used 2 because I'm in an apartment, not that much traffic. Looks great and applied easily with with a flat microfiber mop. Whole process had to be easy because of my arthritis.
