Surprisingly good Tonkatsu soup base
I really wish I knew about this years ago. It is a far better Ramen solution than the cheap stuff. I often eat true Tonkatsu Ramen in Seattle, and this is about 90% there. I like this soup base since I can use noodles of my choice. My favorite noodles are Won Ton Mein for quick Ramen
