This brand of vitamins is the best I’ve tried, all their products seem to be exactly what they’re advertised to be. I take multiple vitamins from this brand at once and all together they help me to feel better in many ways. This particular vitamin is very small, which makes it really easy to swallow. It’s a capsule but not a ridiculously large one. Highly recommend this brand

ND is a company I know I can always trust for high-quality products. I have a mild zinc deficiency, and one or two of these a week is all I need to keep my levels where they need to be.

The product is well made. It doesn’t taste like anything, which is a plus.

This zinc I found normal and over priced. Well capsulated, but New Chapter's zinc is well absorbed and has more benefits/ingredients than just zinc. Check it out.
